Frequently asked questions

What is Migsy? +

Migsy is an iPhone migraine tracker built by a neurologist. You log migraine attacks, medications, triggers, and severity in a few taps, then see patterns in stats and calendar history, plus weather risk from barometric pressure. It is a tracking tool, not a diagnosis.

Does Migsy track barometric pressure? +

Yes. With location permission, Migsy shows barometric pressure, humidity, and temperature signals for the next 24 hours next to your attack history, so you can see weather-related migraine risk before the day starts. Details are on the barometric pressure page.

Can I export a report for my neurologist? +

Yes. Migsy Pro includes doctor-ready reports that summarize attack frequency, severity, duration, and treatment response so you can walk into a visit with a written history instead of reconstructing last month from memory.

How does weather risk work? +

Migsy uses your location, with permission, to show local barometric pressure trends that can correlate with migraine attacks. The forecast is informational. It does not predict an attack with certainty and should not replace your clinician’s advice.

What platforms is Migsy available on? +

Migsy is available on iPhone from the App Store. Android is on a waitlist at migsy.app/android. There is no web app for logging attacks.

What's included in Migsy Pro? +

Pro unlocks ongoing tracking: tomorrow’s migraine risk score, weather and barometric pressure, trigger insights, medication logging, history, statistics, calendar, and doctor-ready reports. What is behind the paywall is listed in the app at purchase time.

How much does Migsy cost? +

Migsy is free to download on iPhone. Ongoing tracking — history, stats, calendar, doctor-ready reports, and weather risk — requires Migsy Pro, billed through Apple. A free trial is offered in the app; check the current price on the paywall before you subscribe.

Does my subscription automatically renew? +

Yes. Migsy Pro renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your account for renewal within that window. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and cancel Migsy before the next billing date. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Migsy.
